Home Refurbishment
Project Description A complete refurbishment of a detached home incorporating a relaxed contemporary style for clients whose family has grown up and left home leaving them with a large property with many rooms currently unused.
The hallway now has a real wow factor with the Louis console and phantom clock. The style gives an indication of how the rest of the house will look.

Dining Keeping the existing dining table and chairs created its own challenges, but injecting colour into the room was the key. The painting by Jen Rowlands gives drama to the room and provides a palette for the soft furnishings.

Lounge Classic shapes with contemporary accents give
this room a completely different feel.
The chocolate brown is accented with burnt orange and existing pieces are
pulled into the scheme with new coverings.

Master bedroom Positioning the sleeping area next to the en suite and moving the dressing area towards the roof terrace has created a much more useful space. Deep red, wenge and the extensive use of mirrors widens and lightens the room.

Roof terrace From being a dull unused terrace the roof garden now has tranquil feel. Lloyd loom chairs and uplit bamboos contrast with the dark slate floor.

Children’s bedroom A space that will grow with the grandchildren, elements can be removed as the children grow up. The use of bright colour and big print make this room a child magnet.
